== Codex ==
The members of the council should not work against each other and are untouchable. If a fight in Mighttown is provoked by any crewmember, all crewmembers are fair game, but the captains and officers are untouchable.

== Conflicts ==
Ondas introduced the council to [[Hooded Adversary|Wormtongue]], who wanted the council to work for him. The captains were not able to decide on the matter (Teolgrag, Greybeard and Tavia nay, Bompec, Ondas and Hogan yay, and Arokshax abstained).
This caused Hogan to declare war on the other captains. Following the meeting he and Ondas attacked Mighttown, which was defended by Teolgrag.
