Nine Hells are an astral plane consisting of nine levels. Not much is known about them and they remain mostly unexplored by mere mortals. It is not certain how one can travel to the Nine Hells. It is, however, known that the time flows differently inside them. One day spent in Hells is approximately one hour in the world.
The Nine Hells are known to be inhabited by Devils and Deamons and ruled by warlords. The inhabitants of the Nine Hells are in a permanent state of struggle for power and control.
