Marymar is the seat of the province of Dostrait. It is located right at the mouth of the river Bland.
Appearance
Marymar is a very large village with manly wooden huts, with straw or wooden roofs. All of the wooden buildings are one story high and have no windows, while the chimneys consciously exhale smoke.
The Governors Mansion
In the centre of the village is the governor’s mansion. Unlike the other buildings it is build out of solid granite and towers two stories tall over all other buildings.
The Docks
The docks do not diverge from the rest of the village, even the store houses are one story high. The only odd looking building is the oldest building, the Old Lass Inn.
The docks resemble a ghost town. There is no live at all as all the ships and boats are drafted by the Dwarven Republic.
The Palisade
The construction of the palisade started on the 4th of March in 1521. All of the logs are gathered from the Direwoods

As the war was certain the Dwarves drafted everyone they could. So too they came to the village of Marymar. They drafted almost every young man, and those who did not get drafted volunteered. In the hope to flee these poor lands and find a better place to settle. This left the village almost empty and a ghost town.
