The Council of the Seven Captains rules over the Draconian League with an iron fist. It makes sure that the law is kept. It's seat is in the main hall in Mighttown.
Current Members
The current members of the council, sorted from friendly to enemy.
Favorable:
- Teolgrag of the Whiskey Traders, Dragonborn with Goliath bodyguards
- Greybeard of the Land Rats, Dwarf with Dwarf bodyguards
- Tavia of the Southern Sailors, Human with Human (female) bodyguards
Neutral:
- Arokshax of the Sea Trader Clans, Dragonborn with Dragonborn bodyguards
- Bompec of the Night Crawlers, Gnome with Goblin and Skeleton bodyguards
Enemies:
