Council of the Seven Captains

The Council of the Seven Captains rules over the Draconian League with an iron fist. It makes sure that the law is kept. It's seat is in the main hall in Mighttown.

Favorable:

• Teolgrag of the Whiskey Traders, Dragonborn with Goliath bodyguards
• Greybeard of the Land Rats, Dwarf with Dwarf bodyguards
• Tavia of the Southern Sailors, Human with Human (female) bodyguards

Neutral:

• Arokshax of the Sea Trader Clans, Dragonborn with Dragonborn bodyguards
• Bompec of the Night Crawlers, Gnome with Goblin and Skeleton bodyguards

Enemies:

• Ondas of the Sea Snakes, Dragonborn with Warforge bodyguard
• Hogan of the Horders, Human with Warforge bodyguard

Junior Member

Codex

The members of the council should not work against each other and are untouchable. If a fight in Mighttown is provoked by any crewmember, all crewmembers are fair game, but the captains and officers are untouchable.

Conflicts

Ondas introduced the council to Wormtongue, who wanted the council to work for him. The captains were not able to decide on the matter (Teolgrag, Greybeard and Tavia nay, Bompec, Ondas and Hogan yay, and Arokshax abstained). This caused Hogan to declare war on the other captains. Following the meeting he and Ondas attacked Mighttown, which was defended by Teolgrag.
