Ondas introduced the council to [[Hooded Adversary|Wormtongue]], who wanted the council to work for him. The captains were not able to decide on the matter (Teolgrag, Greybeard and Tavia nay, Bompec, Ondas and Hogan yay, and Arokshax abstained). | |||
This caused Hogan to declare war on the other captains. Following the meeting he and Ondas attacked Mighttown, which was defended by Teolgrag. | |||

The Council of the Seven Captains rules over the Draconian League with an iron fist. It makes sure that the law is kept. It's seat is in the main hall in Mighttown.
