Stoneaxes Clan

Clan Stoneaxes is a proud dwarven clan from Durnkuldir, a city down in the Dwarven Republic.

The Stoneaxes are renowned stonemasons and are known to be incredibly stubborn (see Havarast Stoneaxes). They have fought in the war between the Dwarven Republic and the Democracy of Cahemelle.

The clan has laid claim to the former Dwarven City Tharnbuldor, which used to be ruled by Holdread Oakarm before it was overrun by the Goblin hordes under the Goblin King.

• Torvill Stoneaxes: Head/Leader of the Stoneaxes Clan
• Havarast Stoneaxes (†) : Brother of Torvill Stoneaxes, shunned for deserting the army
• Grenna Stoneaxes: Niece of Havarast and Torvill, Sister of Bamden. Presumably enslaved by the Goblin Hordes (currently interim-leader of 'The Mines')

Notable Events

Shunning of Havarast

As dwarves are incredibly honour-bound, abandoning a post during active war-time is a crime punishable by death. However, as Havarast was a member of a renowned clan, the verdict was changed to exile and being stripped of all former titles and achievements.

Havarast was to leave the Dwarven Republic never to be return again until he had restored his honour. At first, he planned on killing the Goblin King, but was later on approached by an unnamed Dwarven soldier and given the task to safely return Grenna.
