Dostrait

Dostrait is a northern province under the rule of the dwarves. The human governor is a very ambiguous man, and tries to build up the province to be a trading hub. This task is not very easy, as the province only has a few small villages.
The war complicates the task even more, as all the capable fighting men are sent to war and he has only a handful of guards at his disposal.
