Ullethhil is a city on Conder Isle, founded in 2940 BC. It is known for its thinkers and philosophers, whom never seem to find an end to any discussion. Many people actually stop by in Ullethhil on their travels, only to have a drink on the university grounds and debate with the elderly about every possible topic.

University for Philosophy

The University for Philosophy is a part of the Elvish Academy and consists of the Faculty of Politics, Faculty of Philosophy and Faculty of Mathematics. They are distributed around the whole city.
