Garlar

The Garlar are lichs from around Lisledom. All of them are members of the The Great Council of Krunkad, which gave them enormous advantages, as they could plan and execute complicated research projects more efficiently. They were recruited over many years to fill all the chairs around their table, and most believe they were some of the best wizards around.
